Portfolio Controller (Finance)
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple senior living communities.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company financial policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Teams to support financial decision-making.
Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing leadership in financial best practices.
Work closely with senior management to drive strategic financial planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
