Route Technician (Administrative)

Duties/Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls, resolve customer issues, and support management in maintaining strong customer service within the region.Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution over assigned territory.Perform product rotation in amusement machinesEmphatically listen, evaluate, and resolve service complaints.Be accountable for receipt of goods, products, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash and quarters received or collected.Prioritize service calls according to urgency and current location.Troubleshoot all malfunctions to perform necessary repairs and/or assist with scheduling a Service Technician to perform repairs.Troubleshoot and perform electronic repairs to include monitors, motherboards, and various other components on game equipment.Perform preventive maintenance.Electronically document work performed.Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.Reconcile collections.Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail.Ability to remain professional in tense situations.Must be able to be bonded.Drivers license with good driving record.Background and Driving check required.
