The role
The full-time Property Beautification Attendant (Houseperson/Common Area Attendant) assists and supports the Property Manager and Maintenance team in meeting quality and timeliness standards of the property's common areas. Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly property. Duties may include but are not limited to the following- sweeping/blowing breezeways, pool decking and exterior stairs. Cleaning, emptying trash receptacles and keeping supplies stocked in all common area bathrooms, pool house and fitness room. Cleaning waste cans from pet park and keeping pet waste bags filled. Keeping picnic area clean of debris and trash cans emptied. Special projects may be given as well such as pressure washing, move in/move out cleaning of units and unit touch ups. Provide the very best service to ensure that tenants have a pleasurable living experience.

Qualifications:
This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a position that interact with customers, preferably in a multi-living community setting.
This position prefers a high school diploma or GED.
