What we do:
The Markets Technology Markets Technology (MT) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Markets Group technology portfolio. Markets Technology drives the critical Markets Transformation program and is responsible for delivering technology solutions that will change the way the Bank plans and executes open market operations.
Your role as Release Train Engineer:
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) ensures the smooth operation of Agile Release Train (ART) events and practices and assist Agile Teams in their success. The RTE facilitates communication with stakeholders, problem-solving, and risk management.
The RTE also manages impediments and fosters continuous improvement. They are integral to the ART leadership, collaborating with Product Management, the System Architect, and Business Owners to achieve effective outcomes on the ART. Beyond the ART, RTEs aid in the broader Lean-Agile transformation by coaching leaders and teams across the organization.

What we are looking for:
Experience coordinating large Agile teams and programs in heavily matrixed organizations (e.g. Product Management, Architecture leads, Scrum Masters and Business Owners) to achieve effective outcomes
Experience coaching leaders and teams within a broader agile organization
Demonstrated experience facilitating communication with stakeholders, problem-solving, risk management, managing impediments and fostering continuous improvement across large agile programs
Prior experience ensuring the smooth operation of Agile Release Train (ART) events and practices and assist Agile Teams
Mindset that ensures IT processes (including those of internal & external service providers) are conducted in line with policies and applicable standards
Prior experience facilitating stakeholder engagement for key technology processes
Nice to have: Agile / Coaching certifications
Salary Range: $209700 - $389400 / year
