Exhibiting a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills. The bright, assertive professional we select will act as a commercial door sales representative for new and existing clients. This dependable self-starter will meet with current and potential clients to evaluate their homes and present options to repair, service or replace their current garage access systemsSkills/Experience Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years Outside Sales experience, door industry preferred
- High school diploma/GED required.
- College experience preferred
- Remote possible with WDSS or Commercial estimating experiemce

Responsibilities:
- Sells commercial products to contractors, store, showroom, or customer's place of business.
- Calls on purchasing agents and/or superintendents of existing and potential contractors.
- Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective commercial customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
- Displays or demonstrates commercial products, using samples and/or brochures, and emphasizes selling features.
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for commercial orders obtained.
- Maintains the quote log and other sales activity reporting as required
- Reads blueprints/scopes of work in order to quote jobs.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
- Assist in collecting monies due from customers who have exceeded their credit terms.
- Performs on-site inspections of jobs scheduled (pre-site inspection) prior to the installation date, during work and follow-up.
- Participate in trade shows.
