Communications Program Director, CEO Communications & Operations (Finance)
A Day in the Life
Medtronic is looking for a dynamic, strategic Communications Program Director to join the CEO Communications and Operations team. In this role you will help develop strategic programming and execute communications for our Chairman and CEO, articulating our business strategy and complex issues with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, government partners, the business community, healthcare providers, and patients.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative team player with a proven ability to create and implement outcomes-based communications plans, strategies, and tactics that advance business initiatives.
This is a highly visible role that requires a proactive, forward-thinking approach and the ability to assess communications opportunities, understand many different audiences, and engage stakeholders in bold new ways. The successful candidate combines both strategy development and execution with a demonstrated ability to establish clear objectives and collaborate with all levels of the organization to create programs and content that generate meaningful outcomes.
Team is working hybrid in our Operational Headquarters in Fridley, MN, and position requires the ability to support occasional evening activities/work "off hours."

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$168,000.00 - $252,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
