Job Title: Full-Time Respiratory Therapist
Location: Western Slope Health Care Center
Hourly Rate: $50.33/hr. - $55.00/hr.

Job Description:
Western Slope Health Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a full-time Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for individuals with respiratory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including chronic diseases, pulmonary infections, and acute respiratory failure.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on proper respiratory care and disease management.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) with valid state certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to assess patient needs and deliver high-quality respiratory care.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
