Program Manager (Finance)
SUMMARY:
In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing assigned large programs, following the Americas PMO (APMO) guidelines within the determined timeline. You will facilitate communication with multiple stakeholders to achieve target as a team. This should be executed within the confines of the company's governance structure, goals and vision.
Target program can be local NY program or HO related programs, working in liaison with HO counterparts.
As Program Manager (PM) you will lead a cross functional team to ensure all program related requirements are identified, scheduled and tracked. You will plan, budget, oversee and provide governance to all aspects of the program. You will develop and maintain program artifacts, prepare weekly status reports in line with APMO standards, facilitate working group and steering committee sessions through established project communication cadence. You must have experience managing multiple cross functional teams and be able to pass and maintain a background check.
Project promotion methodologies may include either Agile or Waterfall, or a blend of both. Program Managers should have the capability to plan, execute and promote / manage projects based on agreed industry standard APMO guidelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Qualifications:
The expected base salary ranges from $105k - $180k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
