Residence Life Case Manager (Project Management)
This position provides non-clinical case management support to students facing challenges by evaluating their concerns and identifying the appropriate interventions and resources assist them. Serves as a campus resource by developing and presenting resource materials and in-person workshops for Housing and Residence Life staff, and campus partners, focusing on students of concern. They coordinate outreach efforts to students and staff to facilitate support and serve as a liaison to University departments and individuals (on and off campus) to consult and advise on students of concern. This person will serve on the Behavior Intervention Team, participate in the Retention Working Group, and act as the primary contact for the Sooner Works and Spark360 programs. They will conduct programs, activities and events for students and staff promoting mental health and wellness.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.

Supervision: May supervise a graduate student and will report to the Assistant Director of Residence Life.
