Director of Health Economics and Reimbursement (Finance)
BIOTRONIK is seeking an experienced, high caliber Director of Reimbursement and Health Care Economics for our new Neuromodulation division. The Senior Director of Reimbursement and Health Care Economics (ReHCE) is responsible for understanding the reimbursement climate and its potential impact on company's neuromodulation products, assistance with disseminating product reimbursement and possible constraints, and providing education and guidance for internal stakeholders. This position is accountable for evaluating, monitoring and proposing recommendations relative to coding, coverage and payment of the organization's product portfolio, with an emphasis on neuromodulation products. Such duties will be consistent with, but not limited to, economic and utilization analyses that help demonstrate the clinical and economic benefits of the utilization of the company's products to key stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel approximately 50%, including internationally.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising a team of direct reports.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary depending on time zone supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
