Responsibilities Develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines for Better Living Management Services and their respective clients.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract potential residents to our assisted living facility.Conduct market research to identify target demographics and assess competitor offerings.Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, to effectively communicate the benefits of our facility.Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations, to generate leads.Coordinate and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness of our facility and establish our presence in the community.Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the amenities and services we offer.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to assisted living facilities.Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Content moderation (comment sections, direct messages, reviews, etc.) For all channels, write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content as needed.Maintain marketing budgets.Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns developing key performance indicators and benchmarks.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities, competitor offerings and demographic data. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor or as necessary to maintain quality and continuity of services, safety of residents and security of premises. Other duties as assigned.
