- Associates degree in I.T. / Computer systems OR completion of Howmet Information Technology development program.
- Experience with maintaining and updating IT systems.

This role is part of the IT Local Support team and is responsible for providing deskside support services, which involve completing various tasks such as resolving open tickets, facilitating client lease refreshes, and addressing any customer support needs on the floor or in the office area.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, 2D cameras, printers, and scanners
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT managed systems
- Maintain client security services to ensure data loss prevention and client protection systems are 100% operational
- Maintain equipment refresh based on pre-defined hardware lifecycle to ensure user uptime/productivity requirements are met
- Monitors shop floor and business computer health to proactively identify failing hardware
