Position Summary
The Senior Vendor Analyst is highly visible position within the corporate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Governance team at Wintrust that serves as a key subject matter expert of the Third-Party Risk Management Program. The focus of this position is to support and direct vendor management staff across the enterprise in complying with the Program via use of workflow automation, system administration, MIS reporting, and QC audit reviews.
What You'll Do
Develop efficient analytics, testing, and risk monitoring activities and will assist in maturing and automating the Third-Party Risk Management Program.
Determine best methods to model, manipulate and present data to identify vendor risk. Use advanced analytical techniques review processes and propose automation of processes via workflow software tools.
Assist with updates and development of Third-Party related policies, procedures, training, and communication of the program across the enterprise.
Provide subject matter expertise to Vendor Managers and business partners to appropriately assess and manage vendor risk.
Assist in addressing internal and external audit requests and responses, as applicable.
As the 2nd line of defense, complete business line assessments that measure adherence to the Third-Party Risk Management program; maintain trending and present results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, third-party oversight and/or audit/QC experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to extract and manipulate and present data from various software platforms.
Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize work in a multi-task environment.
Exceptional eye for detail while maintaining ability to see big picture.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
