DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival. -Ensures that all areas of the Inn are properly cleaned and ready for guests' arrival. -Anticipates and assesses guests' needs and responds in a courteous and professional manner. -Responds to emails, answers phone calls, makes, monitors and manages reservations. Use system (Track). -Communicates with maintenance to report maintenance and/or repair needs. Use system (Breezeway) to complete work orders. -Monitors and maintains proper inventory of all supplies. -Ensures housekeeping supplies are well maintained and ordered for business needs. -Inspects rooms and all common areas on a daily basis and promptly addresses any and all issues that may be present. -Manages expenses within approved budget constraints. Ensures all billing for items are completed on a daily\weekly\monthly basis. -Manages a team of 4-6 including cooks, housekeepers, maintenance and 3rd party vendors. -Must be available on weekends, holidays and after hours for emergencies. -Must be willing to work a non-traditional schedule and flex with the business needs.
