Quality Management Fix-It Team Manager (Project Management)
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and distribute work to Fix- It Team Metalsmiths. Coordinate with other departments to obtain and process work. Inspect completed work using a microscope, visor, and/or loupe. Update CRM software (Salesforce) with details of work completed. Collaborate with other members of the Quality Management and Manufacturing teams to ensure root cause is understood and problems are addressed. Coach Metalsmiths on progress and goals using monthly meetings. Lead weekly team huddles and attend other department meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma (college education a plus) At least two years experience in the following skills:
Leadership or organization of multiple employees Organizing and prioritizing workflow Problem solving and root cause analysis
Productive independent worker Positive, collaborative nature
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and/or the Shingo Model Experience inspecting or reviewing small items, such as jewelry Quick learner capable of learning multiple systems and terminologies quickly. Experience in the jewelry industry a plus.
