Demolition Equipment Operator (Finance)
Job Description Summary:
This role requires expertise in operating skid steers, mini excavators, and mid-size excavators for structural demolition, site work demolition, and tenant improvement (TI) demolition and will be responsible to determine the scope of work, forecasting durations and collaborate with the foreman and superintendent to ensure project success.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and mid-size excavators in a demolition or construction setting. Demonstrated expertise in structural demolition, site work demolition, and tenant improvement (TI) demolition. Proficiency in using equipment attachments, such as breakers, grapples, and buckets. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of job site safety protocols and OSHA standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing manual labor as needed. Comfortable working in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
