Named Hilton's Luxury Hotel of the Year for 2022, the Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets , including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee the Association, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance markets.

The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with five years of hotel sales experience, preferably within the luxury hotel sector.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Group Sales Manager,you would be responsible for representing the hotel's services and facilities to prospective business travel sales clients and customers within the local and national market.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

• Responding to leadsfrom potential clients and current customers seeking sleeping rooms and/orfood and beverage services, etc.
• Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients
• Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
• Conduct property site visits and answer questions
• Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts andservice accounts.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
• Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
