Dura-Line LLC is recruiting a driven Talent & Recruitment Specialist to join our team based remotely in the US or Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating different types of meetings and interviews, and collaborating with our shared services model to ensure best practices are followed and communicated.

A keen eye is needed when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, and we need someone sharp, professional, and results-oriented. You must be able to be proactive, inquisitive in nature, multi-task, and be able to recruit in multiple departments or locations.
To hit the ground running, you must demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and professionalism. You must be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, take initiative, and be proactive with strong multitasking ability. You will need extensive experience working with cross-functional and global teams to ultimately ensure that the Talent Acquisition process is seamless.

This individual will work with cross-functional teams, HR managers, Shared Services, management, and global teams so must have great communication, people, and project management skills, and be able to influence and tech/coach others to ensure the proper process is being followed and ensure compliance.
What else is needed to be successful in this role?
As a Talent & Recruitment Specialist, you are required to have at least 5 years of full cycle, in-house, staffing agency, or corporate recruiting experience. You must be able to source applicants through various methods including advertising, networking, in-person or virtual career fairs & hiring events, and proactively asking for referrals with a working knowledge of local employment law and legislation. You will be screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. You will participate in audits, lead projects, build partnerships with hiring managers, and be a true recruitment business partner.
You must have a passion for embracing new technology to solve people's administration tasks. If you are familiar with HR databases, finding ways to automate processes, ATS or Candidate Management Systems (CMS) like SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms, job posting & active searches in Job Boards (Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and Social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Facebook) then this is the right role for you. Also, having advanced experience using MS Outlook applications (Word, Outlook, Excel), and Microsoft Teams is necessary.

THIS POSITION IS A REMOTE ROLE.
"The compensation for this position will typically range from $78,000 -$126,000/yr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
