This role will focus on growing our business across the Commonwealth of Virginia. This flexible role can be based out of our Richmond or Virginia Beach offices.
As a Senior Account Leader, you will report directly to the Mid-Atlantic Area Lead and collaborate with our South Region Director, South Region Area Leads, Growth Team and Technical Experts to successfully win and execute projects and achieve our clients' objectives while providing excellent client services. In addition, you will contribute to the strategic growth, planning and support of various key market initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic Area.
Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will implement strategies to expand services to current clients and strategically add new clients while building, strengthening and managing client relationships within the geography to secure the "trusted advisor" role with our clients.
Key responsibilities entail maintaining an updated and accurate "pipeline" of opportunities in Oracle Sales Cloud. Additionally, the position involves managing and delivering client bookings on a monthly basis and supporting the development of the annual bookings Plan for the Mid-Atlantic region. It is essential to collaborate with other Client Account Leads in the Mid-Atlantic to develop the annual targeted conference/branding priorities and budget.
Moreover, the job requires managing the client teams effectively, creating and regularly updating detailed client account plans for the geography. Understanding client organizational processes and culture to develop value-added solutions is crucial. Leading pursuit plans, developing and executing client engagement strategies, as well as leading proposal development and interviews to secure new projects, are significant aspects of this role.
The job also involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules. Acting as a senior technical resource or project manager on small to large-sized, multi-disciplined municipal water/wastewater/stormwater projects is part of the responsibilities.
Furthermore, supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff across the Mid-Atlantic, developing scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects, as well as reviewing/approving all scope and fee proposals for Virginia clients are crucial elements of this position. Delivering key financial performance metrics for the Area including growth, bookings, net revenue, and financial billability is essential.
