Interns will be assigned to specific departments based on their area of interest and expertise. Each intern will work on a department-specific project, gaining valuable experience and contributing to real-world solutions. Projects will be tailored to the intern's discipline, providing an in-depth understanding of their chosen field.
Automation Engineering:
• Assist in designing and developing automated systems.
• Participate in the implementation and testing of automation solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing automated systems.
Metallurgy Engineering:
• Conduct metallurgical analysis and testing.
• Assist in the development of new materials and processes.
• Support quality assurance and control initiatives.
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS):
• Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Support the implementation of EHS programs and initiatives.
• Help in developing safety training materials and programs.
Continuous Improvement (CI):
• Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Support data collection and analysis for process optimization.
Manufacturing Engineering:
• Assist in production planning and process development.
• Participate in the design and testing of manufacturing equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization of manufacturing processes.
