RUI Fit Coach (Creative Design)
The Personal Trainer will design and execute individualized fitness and health plans for residents. The personal trainer is responsible for conducting individualized consultations, helping residents develop fitness goals, developing nutrition plans, and collaborating with culinary teams to develop RUI FIT menu items.
How you will make an impact:
Lead and develop exciting group exercise classes for our residents!Stationed in the fitness center unless teaching a RUI University class on RUI FIT PillarsTeach RUI University classes with a given PowerPoint from the RUI FIT Coordinator.Encourage residents to participate in personal training, group workouts, and specialized RUI FIT courses.Educating and evaluating residents on proper exercise techniques.Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.Developing exciting group exercise classes in a safe and engaging environment.
What skills will you need as an RUI FIT Coach?
Must be a Certified Personal Trainer Have a passion for Seniors and their health and wellness!
