Job Overview: Linde Services Inc. is currently seeking a talented professional to become our Associate Director of Sales. This role is responsible to lead the sales organization on a regional level for Linde Services Inc. and is located in The Woodlands, TX. Primary Responsibilities include: - Leads sales growth strategy team in developing and implementing regional sales strategies for planned market growth. Accountable for delivering annual business plan results related to growth, revenue, margin and operating profit. - Providing functional sales team guidance applying experience to make winning tactical decisions and effectively utilizing business development, marketing, operations and other resources to grow business profitably. - Identifying new and growth planning through prospecting, lead generation, market and customer strategy, business case development and analysis, pricing analysis and recommendations. - Develops and executes sales strategy, policy, work processes and procedures that result in the accomplishment of business objectives. - Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers and end users at current and potential customers. - Sets appropriate goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales team and review performance of direct reports against such goals and KPIs throughout the year. - Assists the sales team with business opportunities in identifying supply options and alternatives, developing a strong value proposition, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. - Monthly reporting on financial results, forecast and variances by preparing and submission of detailed reports focusing on KPI's Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred - 5+ years of sales/commercial experience is required; industrial gases industry experience is strongly preferred. - Proficient in Power Point, Excel, D365 - Up to 35% travel required.
