Field Operations Compliance Analyst (Finance)
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Field Operations Compliance Analyst will operate within the Field Operations Support and Territory Field Operations Management team to manage product alerts and recalls at all Arthrex agency locations and monitor inventory transactions to ensure compliance with all Field Operations policies and procedures to minimize inventory issues. This role must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using qualitative and quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working in small teams on projects, effective communication with other teams or leaders, and prepare, review and present essential reports and data for the Field Operations Support manager as well as other managers within the Field Operations team.
