Exercise creativity and storytelling skills to write compelling and engaging content that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for copywriting audience-centric emails, marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations, web content, and other projects as assigned.
Spearhead internal campaigns, manage marketing and communications projects independently to ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting all expected deadlines
Demonstrate innovative thinking and problem solving skills to develop comprehensive project plans, including all activities needed to achieved desired outcomes
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning with expectations for marketing support
Demonstrate initiative by proactively developing marketing communications and project plans that deliver value-added solutions, elevating their requests to the next level.
Develop internal communications and execute distribution of communications via HubSpot and Hootsuite.
Provide support with internal company website, digital marketing & video creation.
Assume ownership for all tasks developing content for internal newsletter and oversee creative design process
Demonstrated experience working within corporate brand guidelines, learning the voice of the company and reflecting that in your writing.
Act as a point of contact for questions on Marketing department's materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing or equal years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in managing marketing projects end-to-end and adhering to deadlines
3+ years of experience developing marketing communications in a variety of formats to support internal stakeholders of all levels (including production employees, middle management, senior leadership, etc.)
Comfort and experience building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning expectations for marketing support
Proven experience successfully working within corporate brand guidelines, learning the voice of the company and applying it to marketing projects/resources
Experience and comfort collaborating and leading projects and team meetings
Experience developing and supporting internal company website, digital marketing & video creation, preferred
Ability to efficiently create quality, print-ready content in fast paced environment
