The Proposal Coordinator primary focus is supporting the business development and estimating teams by managing and coordinating the creation, compilation, and submission of high-quality proposals and prequalification documents. This individual ensures that all submission materials meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and reflect the company's capabilities, experience, and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from receipt of Request for Proposals (RFP) or prequalification documents to final submission. 2. Develop and manage proposal schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. 3. Organize proposal review meetings, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders. 4. Collaborate with estimators, project managers, safety managers, and executives to gather relevant content, including project experience, safety records, financial information, and resumes. 5. Ensure proposals comply with all technical, legal, and financial requirements specified by the client. 6. Maintain version control and document tracking throughout the proposal process.
