Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/check-outsProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactionsAddress guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficientlyCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experienceProcess reservations, payments, and special requestsMaintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
