What we do:
The Markets Technology Markets Technology (MT) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Markets Group technology portfolio. Markets Technology drives the critical Markets Transformation program and is responsible for delivering technology solutions that will change the way the Bank plans and executes open market operations.
Your role as Quality Manager:
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of program delivery meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. This role focuses on overseeing quality processes across large-scale, complex technology programs, including software development, systems integration, and infrastructure delivery. The Quality Manager works closely with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:
Experience developing, implementing, and managing a quality assurance framework tailored to a large-scale technology programs.
Mindset that ensures adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, CMMI, Agile frameworks) and compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
Experience overseeing quality control across project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Experience establishing program-level quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Experience conducting program reviews to ensure alignment with quality standards.
Strong “influence without authority skillset. Experience guiding Matrixed teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. (Eg. Collaboration with program managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to resolve quality challenges effectively)
Demonstrated experience identifying potential quality risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Demonstrated experience facilitating root cause analysis for program defects, delays, or non-compliance issues and lead corrective action planning.
Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are clearly defined and consistently met.
Demonstrated experience providing regular quality updates to senior management and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Demonstrated experience driving process standardization and optimization to improving delivery efficiency and program outcomes.
Experience leveraging standard tools and methodologies such as Agile Quality Assurance, and DevSecOps practices to enhance quality standards.
Experience using automation and data analytics to streamline quality monitoring and reporting processes.
Salary Range: $209700 - $389400 / year
