Strong math and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in PC skills and able to learn and successfully use new software programs as required.
Ability to travel between multiple locations if needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, parents, and/or guardians with a welcoming and pleasant demeanor.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information and addressing inquiries.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate and confirm patient appointments.
Handle insurance verification and processing.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
