Application Support Analyst (Information Technology)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Application Support Analyst is charged with responding to troubleshooting, product update/release requests, and new implementation for the credit union's 3rd party applications that integrate with the credit union's core system. You will be responsible for all aspects of installing new or enhanced software applications, working with the credit union's departments as they prepare for the installation of the software, as well as post-installation training assist and support. The types of systems included but not limited in this support role will be consumer, commercial, and real estate loan origination systems, account opening systems, collections and other 3rd party solutions that support the credit union. This role is vital to a successful implementation and support of our 3rd party applications and will help strengthen the usage of the systems to support the credit union's mission.
