Essential (E)Functions Performed40% EWorks as a member of the sanitation team to clean general plant area, equipment and removes refuse. Also, uses the following tools: broom, brushes, sprays bottles, mop and ringer, squeegee, water gun, air gun, and vacuum to clean.10%EOperates machinery such as: floor scrubber, high pressure washers, wash cabinets, cop tank, walkers, walker stackers, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts, standup and sit-down forklifts.20%ETears down and re-assembles critical equipment independently. 5%EWorks safely by being aware of surroundings, watches for the safety of fellow coworkers. Trains team members on occupational hazards of duties performed.5%ECompletes log records of tasks completed.5%ETakes lead in large cleaning projects such as: allergen/kosher cleaning of dry roasters, caustic boil of heat wave roasters, caustic boil out of oil roasters, front end allergen cleans on and deep dives with Cold Jet. May be required to coordinate and provide technical assistance for on shift cleaning when conducted by non-sanitation personnel.5%EMaintains work area and ensures work area is clean before leaving for the day.5%EDemonstrates the ability to titrate, inform supervisor of issues and perform corrective actions.5%EAbility to lead a sanitation group to perform tasks independent of direct management oversight .Continually
