Suture Assembly Operator - 3rd Shift (Finance)
Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education. Arthrex Manufacturing is expanding the Sutures department. We are actively searching for Suture Assembly Operators for the 3rd Shift to produce quality medical instruments in accordance with Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. procedures in a safe and effective manner in order to exceed the customers' needs. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. The shift for this role is (Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm-6:30 am)
If hired for this position, you will be eligible for a $750.00 sign-on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings) which will be paid in your first pay period.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
The technology and the frequency of the technology required to perform this job are as follows; the occasional operation of some automated equipment, winding, attaching machines, label printing, weigh scales, label dispenser machine, manual sealers, cleaning machine, and general test equipment.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, problem solve and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
