Vice President, Fixed Asset Advisory Services (Finance)
Day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Project Execution and Delivery:
o Lead and oversee fixed asset advisory projects, ensuring successful execution, quality deliverables, and on-time completion.
o Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance for complex asset management projects.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement fixed asset strategies for clients.
o Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.
2. Staff Management and Development:
o Manage and mentor junior professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
o Conduct performance evaluations, set individual goals, and support career development for team members.
3. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, establishing trust and delivering exceptional service.
o Collaborate closely with clients to understand their fixed asset needs, challenges, and opportunities.
o Provide regular updates and reporting to clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
o Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate project status, recommendations, and results.
4. Sales and Business Development:
o Support the growth of the Fixed Asset Advisory Services business by identifying new opportunities and contributing to sales initiatives.
o Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and client pitches to win new business and expand existing client relationships.
o Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to drive thought leadership initiatives and promote Kroll's services in the marketplace.
5. Risk and Compliance Management:
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards in project delivery.
o Identify and mitigate risks associated with fixed asset advisory projects, ensuring adherence to Kroll's best practices and procedures.
Essential traits:
• Bachelor's degree in a business or management related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong PC skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidates should also be detail oriented and possess an ability to work on multiple tasks independently while effectively interfacing with people at all corporate levels.
• Basic building construction knowledge preferred.
• Approximately 90% overnight travel is required.

The current salary range for this position is $70,000 to $130,000
