Key Responsibilities Identify New Business Opportunities:Research and identify potential clients and market segments within the landscape management industry. Develop strategies to target and acquire new business.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their landscape management goals.Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for business growth.Proposal and Contract Management:Prepare detailed proposals and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.Collaboration:Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to the Sales Director/Manager on business development activities and results.Customer Service:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely follow-ups. Qualifications Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in horticulture, landscaping, or environmental science is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in landscape management or related industry.Skills:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
