Digital Marketing Manager - NYC/Hybrid (Finance)
Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at brand growth, lead generation, and member engagement.
Manage lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and content creation to drive lead conversion and meaningful member interactions.
Oversee website content updates, ensuring it's optimized for both user experience and search performance (SEO).
Support paid digital advertising initiatives to maximize ROI.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Develop and manage social media strategies for NYSC, Fhitting Room, and Lucille Roberts, creating engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our diverse audience.
Build and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement across platforms.
Manage relationships with influencers and/or influencer agencies and coordinate both internal and external influencer campaigns.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT + BRAND MESSAGING
Lead the creation of compelling, brand-aligned content for digital channels, ensuring a consistent voice across social media, emails, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Marketing team to write and edit copy that drives engagement and conversions.
ANALYTICS + REPORTING
Dive into performance data, analyzing results from campaigns, promotions, and digital channels to generate actionable insights.
Track and report on digital marketing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and delivering strategic recommendations to the team.
COLLABORATION + TEAMWORK
Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors to support campaign execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to achieve company goals.
Occasionally travel to club locations for content creation and other support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
3-6 years of digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and channels.
Expertise in email marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot and WordPress preferred).
A passion for staying on the forefront of digital innovation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Enthusiastic about health and wellness with knowledge of fitness industry trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
A desire to learn, grow, and stay current with digital marketing trends.
Ability to occasionally work outside traditional office hours for urgent needs.
