Program Manager/CDRL (Creative Design)

Analyzing organizational frameworks:Identifying weaknesses and suggesting improvements to CDRL managementMeasuring effectiveness:Evaluating the success of improvementsCoordinating with CDRL POCs:Working with both the contractor team and the government to ensure CDRLs are delivered on time IAW with Statement of Work (SOW) and Data Item Description (DID) references.Producing reports:Providing CDRL-related data reports to the program manager and the clientTechnical editing:Editing technical and non-technical documentsMeeting support:Editing briefings, recording meeting minutes, and documenting action itemsManaging the CDRL team:Ensuring the team is cohesive and functionalMaintaining relationships:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government contract managers and technical representativesConducting pre-reviews: Advising on package content and necessary actionsOther duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain CAC Card, Secret clearance preferredA general/working knowledge of MS Office products is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customer
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in business or related field required, Bachelors degree preferredCombination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
