Manager, Substrate Planning - Chips Supply Planning (Finance)
We are looking for a Manager, Substrate Planning - Chips Supply Planning, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for executing substrate purchases, generating supplier forecasts, and recommending strategies to resolve substrate supply shortages across all business segments
- Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners in Israel and the US responsible for substrate supply
- Analyze planning strategies and priority trade-offs with supply planners and business units
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, NPI teams, and substrate partners to drive closure of both near-term and long-term supply shortages
- Prepare monthly forecasts, recommend solutions to alleviate shortages, and present to management
- Leverage existing tools and drive future system enhancements and implementation in coordination with IT
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in support of organizational strategies
What we need to see:
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of experience in semiconductor Supply Chain or Operations with background in substrate planning
- 2+ years of experience in a role leading teams or projects, with or without direct reports
- Proficiency in Excel, Anaplan, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications
- Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with multiple dynamic constraints
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff

The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
