Assistant Director of Non-Traditonal Admissions (Project Management)
Bachelor's degree required
Three or more years of professional student recruitment experience required
Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
Proven past success in recruitment of students
Ability to train, assist, and motivate staff toward their recruitment goals
Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead. Must have knowledge in financial aid, ethical recruitment practices, and work within the standards set forth by NACAC, NACCAP, AACRAO and the CCCU
Strong computer application and database management skills such as CRM for recruitment
Self-starter, highly motivated, well-organized and a team player in a fast-paced work environment

Essential Functions:
Meet and maintain high level enrollment goals as determined in conjunction with the Dean of Enrollment and Marketing and the Chief Operations Officer
Lead, supervise, and train staff as they recruit and enroll prospective students
Create solutions to build a stronger lead pool through outreach strategies and activate ideas to generate more campus guests
Coordinate and participate in the planning, implementation, and oversight of high school and transfer college fair events, church/youth pastor presentations/appointments, and campus visitation days. Key involvement in building relationships with influencers, as well as to generating leads
Utilize technology to engage with target audiences, as well as to streamline processes to make enrollment more seamless
Actively participate in regular enrollment planning for each entering term
Monitor enrollment data to analyze trends and the development of the admissions funnel
Evaluate and improve current recruitment operations, processes, procedures, and strategies
Promote relational and communication linkages to the academic departments to assure accurate information is conveyed to prospective students through staff, media, web, and print
Oversee financial aid counseling for new students in concert with the Financial Aid department
Maintain current understanding of various recruitment information including, but not limited to financial aid procedures, transcript evaluation, registration processes, and the use of the CRM tool
Collaborate with the Dean of Enrollment and Marketing to evaluate and improve current recruitment operations, processes, procedures, and strategies
Promote relational and communication linkages to the Degree Completion program, graduate programs, and academic departments to ensure accurate information is conveyed to prospective students through staff, media, web, and print
Act as a liaison to Student Financial Services and the graduate and undergraduate programs
Recruit, contact, engage and matriculate a pool of assigned prospective students from inquiry to start.
Complete other admissions leadership duties as assigned.
