Ambulatory Access Center Coordinator (Finance)

Years of Experience: 7-11 months experience required. 1-2 years preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced Call Center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Patient scheduling/registration experience.

• Process incoming referrals via fax, email, and Care Everywhere from outside of the organization
• Agents possess strong attention to detail and are highly proficient in completing registration for multiple UC Health ambulatory departments
