Primary Job Purpose:
To assure the daily needs of neighbors under their care are provided for, including safely administering medications and treatments and providing supervision, assistance and assignments for the CNA Care Specialists.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience:
Graduate of approved Licensed or Registered Nursing School, with a current license to practice in the state of Colorado. Able to supervise care given by nurse aides, and has the bedside nursing skills needed to provide quality care. Understands the Eden Alternative Principles and is able to lead others in implementing person-directed care.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Work Location: This is not a remote position and work must be performed in-person.
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either orally or in writing. These will be reviewed with employee prior to implementation.
