Billing Clerk (Marketing)
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans and restocks workstation as necessary.
- Performs other job duties as assigned. This job description describes one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job.
- Follows up on ship not cleared reports. Calculates daily orders shipped. Corrects debit rejects. Prepares daily recap report. Separates all orders shipped by date and style. Stamps ship date on all orders. Types information into computer to release runs. Calculates proper base & delivery charges for custom orders. Codes/types/writes invoices for payment. Copies invoices to send to Corporate A/P. Records accounts payable in general ledger. Reconciles invoices with shipment receipts. Prepares purchase orders and requisitions. Writes production charges. Prepares manual bills from special bill orders. Prepares necessary reship billing charges Follows up on runs not cleared - MINQ. Responsible for all billing functions at work location.
- Good math skills above average communication skills.
- Good customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- When meeting with a Financial Institution client/Prospect employees should always strive to present the proper Company image by dressing as appropriate or more formal than the Financial Institution client/Prospect.
- Employees in direct contact with our clients will adhere to conservative business attire and grooming; beards goatees collar-length hair and long mustaches or sideburns are not appropriate.
- All employees are responsible for appropriate workplace image by portraying a professional business image.
- Must have experience in industry trend research and analysis technology trend research and analysis competitive intelligence gathering and analysis
- and fluent knowledge of future business environment trends.
- Strategic and tactical business technology experience a definite plus.
- Experience must include sales sales management marketing operations and/or strategic and tactical planning experience in financial services industry.
- Additional expertise required in relationship management key account management.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Previous experience with billing and/or customer service is helpful.
Full Time - Onsite Only
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
