We are looking for a Technical Analyst in our Community Benefits group. The qualified candidate will shepherd an ongoing portfolio of Community Benefits Plans (CBPs) proposals and projects in partnership with GTI Energy's R&D teams, private sector partners, other stakeholders, and communities.

The position will be remote and based in California. Up to 25% travel is required for work projects.
The Community Benefits Team is leading an ambitious and proactive practice to integrate Community Benefit Plans (CBPs) into technical practices, policies, programs, and research. The Technical Analyst will report to the Senior Technical Analyst leading projects on the west coast. They will effectively shepherd a portfolio of ongoing proposals and projects supporting development of Community Benefits Plans (CBPs), metrics, deliverables, and milestones through crucial research, analysis, proposal preparation, and report writing and contribute toward the development of tools, resources, and success metrics to support all technical work across the organization. The Technical Analyst will play a key role in both development and implementation of CBPs. In addition, the Technical Analyst will support and contribute to the NEPA work, analysis, and reporting for relevant projects funded by DOE and other federal agencies.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD annually. This salary range is GTI Energy's good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, GTI Energy's business or organizational needs and an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus. The range listed is just one component of GTI Energy's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
