Copy Of Operations Support Specialist (3rd Shift) (Transportation)
Sunday - Wednesday
8:00pm - 6:00am
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess client needs by utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to ensure orders are filled with accuracy and efficiency
Allocate proper resources (field employees and equipment) to client orders with precision and a safety-first mindset, while also limiting client impacts
Investigate client issues promptly and thoroughly in order to apply timely, effective solutions
Use de-escalation techniques to address client and employee issues in an empathetic manner
Represent the link between external employees and internal operations by establishing trust, relaying/addressing concerns, and building strong relationships
Play an integral in special projects centered on streamlining operations, innovation, and solidifying Flagger Force's reputation as an industry leader
Work cross functionally and collaboratively with all Operations Service Center departments, Field Operations and Corporate Services
