The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the marketing of Goodwill's Adult Workforce Programs
and the recruitment of WIOA-eligible participants in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. This position is responsible
for functioning as a community point of contact to all prospective customers and referral sources, including
enrollment of participants. The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist will locate areas for community engagement,
build relationships with referral sources and track event opportunities. This role will work collaboratively with
other Goodwill departments.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Status: Full-time
Location: Lawrenceville Workforce Development Center - 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201
External Hiring Range: $17.40 -$18.10/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm) Schedule can vary depending on department needs.
Travel Required: Travel is required, to Goodwill and community sites in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Required Education: Any related degree will be considered with the required experience.
Required Experience: experience in any customer service field required.
Preferred Experience: Experience with outreach, program recruitment, enrollment, admissions, admissions support or similar administrative assistance.
