Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Open the building at the start of each dayMonitor the entire facility and enforce policies, rules, and proceduresMonitor frontline staff members to ensure minimum performance standards are metBe knowledgeable of all price plans, leagues, and eventsManage the response to in-person, telephone, and email inquiries about programs and schedulingProvide courteous and friendly service to all guestsRespond to all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercationsResolve all guest concerns and/or direct to appropriate Manager for resolutionComplete and file required reports and submit to the appropriate approval chainMaintain confidentiality with guest and employee informationProvide guests and prospective participants with enthusiastic and informative facility toursDevelop relationships with customers, building tenants, and other key operatorsSecure the building at the end of each dayOther duties as assigned by Directors and/or General Manager
