Health Program Manager (CEIP) (Project Management)
SUMMARY
The California Emerging Infections Program (CEIP) is one of twelve EIP sites. CEIP is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is sponsored by Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc. (PHFE) dba Heluna Health. As part of the EIP network, CEIP has been an invaluable national resource for the surveillance, prevention, and control of emerging infectious diseases. CEIP functions under a cooperative agreement with CDC and is a collaboration among the California Department of Public Health, the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, the UC San Francisco School of Medicine, and multiple Bay Area local health jurisdictions.
The Health Program Manager, under the supervision of the Associate Director, assists with the fiscal and programmatic oversight of all funding sources and ensuring the program meets its contractual goals and objectives.
Salary range is $120,000 - $130,000/ year, depending on experience and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The duties include oversight of many Program activities, including surveillance, study protocol implementation, grant application and budget management, human subjects' applications, and HIPAA compliance.
