Compensation:
$94,000- $108,000 plus bonus potential
(candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
Description:
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact? As our Collection Manager, you'll be a strategic leader managing our Collections department. This role provides the unique opportunity to make a difference in the financial health of our members and the organization. Directly and through others, you will foster strong teamwork, develop and implement leading strategies and innovate to achieve results in Consumer, Mortgage and Business loan collections.

This is a full-time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.

Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
