Customs & Trade Analyst (Finance)
General understanding of U.S. Customs valuation rules, ability to ensure proper classification and origin determination for all imported and exported goods. Ability to apply working knowledge and experience of import/export regulations and requirements to support business needs. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and interpret requirements for compliance as they relate to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) of the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
PLEASE NOTE: This role is not a data analytics position. Customs compliance positions require knowledge related to laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods, ensuring accurate declarations, and proper classification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all import and export activities, facilitating smooth international trade operations and have a strong background in international trade. This position reports directly to the Trade & Customs Ops Manager in Franklin, TN.
