Talent Acquisition Intern (Manufacturing)

Essential to this Position

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with projects starting in January 2025.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open and timely communication with candidates, while being a brand ambassador
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and industry and campus events
• Interviews: Conduct candidate review and interviews
• Supports and coordinates Talent Acquisitions events, such as job fairs, high school tours, campus recruiting, etc.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by highlighting the company's strengths and culture through job postings, social media posts, etc.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree
• Workday knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
