Product Analyst (Finance)

NIS supervises a portfolio of both established and emerging data/application integration products architected to support the Federal Reserve's mission-critical systems. Working in partnership with the various ITS and business leaders, this role will bring together stakeholder needs, internal insight and expertise, and external best practices to lead the creation of FRBSF's highest priority products, tools, and services.
As part of the rotational product analyst program, you will have the opportunity to support several products as we establish an integration platform of capabilities for the Federal Reserve System's cloud strategy. You'll be embedded in multiple product teams as you collaborate directly with critical payment offices, lines of business, and key cross-functional partners within the Federal Reserve's National IT team to drive stakeholder success across many important initiatives.
To be successful, you will need strong time management and prioritization skills, excellent oral and written communication, and have confidence backed by experience to be an influential member of the team.
Customer onboarding, feature implementations, and backlog maintenance
Roadmap planning to align product strategy with market landscape and customer demand
Management of product delivery across a complex matrixed organization of partner teams
Oversight or participation in product-related communications to various levels of stakeholders (from technical SMEs to executive teams)
Surfacing and tracking cross-functional dependencies to establish priorities and mitigate risks of delivery
Identification of key opportunities for business or technical process improvement to increase operational efficiencies or reduce costs across the organization
Develop user guides, training, and training schedules for stakeholders
Participate in the Planning Increment and roadmap process, planning for future launches or enhancements to products and services
Analyzes product metrics to proactively identify and optimize customer value, product performance, etc.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or similar discipline
Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills and the ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed or virtual organization
1+ years in developing innovative, technical products
Must be a U.S. Citizen, or a Green Card Holder with an intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
Base Salary Range for Product Analyst: Mini: 80000; Mid: 103800; Max: 127800(Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
