SWHRCIN VP Chief Clinical Of SWHR (Finance)
Southwestern Health Resources includes 29 hospital locations and more than 5,000 physicians located throughout North Texas in its network. With over 650 points of access to care, this provides for higher value and allows patients to access services across a full continuum of medical needs. The network serves people across 16 counties in North Texas. SWHR coordinates care for more than 700,000 patients, aligned with commercial health care plans and Medicare programs, along with more than 13,000 Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in its Care N' Care health plan. It also provides Population Health Services through clinical and quality data along with analytic services necessary to support the physician-driven clinical decisions.
Position Summary: The VP Chief Clinical Officer SWHR CIN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care to the community. The VP Chief Clinical Officer SWHR CIN reports directly to the Senior Executive Officer SWHR CIN.
Responsibilities and Duties: • Executive responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care to the community.
• Provides overall leadership in the development and implementation of clinical goals and strategic objectives.
• Create and oversee quality reporting and performance improvement initiatives to improve outcomes of patient care to meet PHSC and contractual requirements.
• Oversee development of systems and process to improve SWHR physician network risk adjustment performance and meet risk adjustment goals.
• Lead the design and execution of programs and strategies to meet quality metrics such as accountable care metrics, KPIs and quality incentive metrics.
• Provide direction for IT / Analytics in support of quality build out, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Provide direct oversight of Medical Directors, care management, quality, and other clinical programs to drive SWHR physician engagement and accountability.
